Arrival of Longhorn Heifers
(If for some reason you need to arrive earlier or later than the times posted, please, call to make arrangements--Donnie Taylor (936)414-1401 or Bruce Ollive (936)674-5180.
The Winchester Futurity will be providing coastal hay to the futurity heifers and will have water buckets available in each stall. If your cattle need special feed or hay or require special bedding that must be brought and provided to them by the owner.

Begin judging of heifers with class #1
Intermittenly throughout the day there will be draws for door prizes (keep the ticket attached to your program handy) and auction items available.
Following the judging of class #5, there will be a (approximate)45 minute break for lunch.
After the judging of all classes, #1-9, there will be a short break to enable the score keepers finish adding up the scores.
Presentation of Awards and Monies to Winners
*** If you have sponsored an award we would be pleased to have you present that award to the winner.
Release of cattle
Dates for the 2009 futurity will be announced.
